Check-in time is 4 pm. You will receive a Welcome email two days prior to your arrival date with all the access codes and check-in information. Upon check-in, if there's anything not as you expect, or not working, please do let us know ASAP. You can text or call (205) 862-9024. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in, so please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately).

Two options are available for outdoor cooking:
• Propane Grill – Checked before arrival and includes a backup tank.
• Charcoal Grill – Available for use; guests must bring charcoal and lighter fluid.

The community pool is located one block away and is heated during cooler months.

We welcome one non-shedding dog (up to 40 lbs) with a $200 pet fee.
🚫 Cats are not allowed due to severe allergies.

The home is family-friendly and all on one level (just three steps at the entrance).

Both access points are less than a 5-minute walk from the house.

Patina Private Beach Access
At the end of Patina Blvd, use the crosswalk across Highway 30A to reach the private boardwalk. A beach access code will be provided before your stay.
Chair & Umbrella Rentals: Available at the gated entrance or can be reserved in advance through Shawn’s Beach Services.

Seabreeze Public Access
Located a 5-minute walk west of Patina Blvd. Great for guests bringing their own beach gear. Additional rentals also available.
