From Dream to Reality

At A Curated Vacation, we believe that the best getaways are the ones where every detail feels just right—where comfort meets charm and memories are made effortlessly.

Following a rewarding 30-year career in banking, I felt drawn to a new chapter: designing vacation homes that offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease. I envisioned being closely involved in managing the property, getting to know our guests, and creating an experience where comfort and care are felt in every detail.

This dream evolved into A Curated Vacation, a business born from a passion for creating unforgettable stays in beautiful spaces. Though we currently have one vacation rental, this is only the start, as we aim to expand our collection of curated properties in the coming years.

A Wave From It All is our thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat, nestled in the peaceful Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community. It offers more than just a place to stay—it’s your home away from home.

Perfectly located along scenic 30A, directly across from private beach access and just minutes from Rosemary and Alys Beach, our home strikes the perfect balance: peaceful seclusion with close proximity to the area’s best dining, shopping, and activities.

We’ve created this space with relaxation and ease in mind, from the inviting living areas and fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and large screened-in porch. Whether you're sipping coffee in the morning breeze, biking along 30A, or winding down with a movie night, every corner is curated for connection, comfort, and calm.
