“Everything was perfect for our weeklong stay. Very clean and well put together home with great amenities. Kids loved the Foosball table and we spent a lot of time on the patio. So close to the beach that I think we spent more time on the beach on this trip than any other we have been on before. Highly recommended!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at A Wave From it All! It was the perfect space for a group of 8 girls. Having 3 bathrooms but also ample living space was incredible. Jeramy was extremely responsive and hospitable the entire stay. The house is perfect walking distance to the beach access as well as Alys Beach restaurants. The bikes and beach shed were very helpful for our group that had flown in from all over the country. I can’t recommend this stay enough and hope to be back soon!!”

“Our family absolutely loved our stay in this home. With three young children, being close to the beach was a must, and this spot was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and only 2 minutes to the pool, making naps and breaks super easy. The master bed was incredibly comfortable—truly felt like sleeping on a cloud! We slept so well during our stay. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which made meals so convenient. Jeramy was also fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful when we had a small hiccup with check-in. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay at our favorite beach. We’re already looking forward to coming back!”

“Our family absolutely loved this house. If you’re looking for a peaceful neighborhood however close to all the amenities THIS is the place to be. Nestled into mature vegetation creating privacy but walking distance to the beach, who could ask for more. Should you wish to cook while there the kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed. As far as knowledge of what to do, when and codes well even my kids commented on how easy it was to navigate. I believe the comment was “These people have it going on”. Communication with Jeramy was pleasurable and quick. When in the area again we will definitely stay here.”

“A wonderful cottage close to the beach. We had an enjoyable stay with all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook a great meal. The screened in porch was a favorite to enjoy morning coffee and a lovely place to relax after a day it the sun. Highly recommend for futures beach trips! The location was amazing, just one block from the beach and having the bikes permitted you to explore without taking the car out. I highly recommend staying here. “What a great house for a trip away!! The walk to the beach was short and the private beach access was clutch. The house is set up so great and the attention to detail with the aesthetic was lovely. “We had the best time! We have stayed in the Magnolia Cottages a few other times and it’s a great location. Close to Alys and Rosemary (you could bike) and a short drive (10 minutes bc of 30A traffic) to Seaside. Jeramy’s home is the first street in the neighborhood (so the closest to the beach)! Private beach access is easy; but, you have to rent chairs or you can a walk a short distance (we had grandparents and they were fine) to the public beach access. The home is clean and decorated so cute! Jeramy is very nice and responsive!”

The walk to the beach was a breeze and the Waterhouse bar at the front of the neighborhood was the perfect addition. Truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! “What a great escape! First, a wave to it all is a lovely beach cottage with so much character. The screened in porch was a quiet escape for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, & a late night respite for the kids. The Cottage itself is pristine and socomfortable. I am quite picky about my mattresses. I would give the beds, including the sheets and mattress five stars. I slept so peacefully. The cottage is far enough from the road yet so close to the beach access. As they say, location is so important to real estate. This Cottage’s location was just right! They included bicycles were an added bonus that were utilized at least morning, noon and night of every day. We will be returning and we can’t wait!!”

“Spotless clean. Cozy warm porch. Endless amenities. Quiet and peaceful. The Wine bar and pizza right by the house was great for sunset nights on the private entrance beach. The bikes came in handy for a lot of adventures and transportation. Host was so kind and communicative. Lovely stay and truly one of the best areas in FL. Seaside, Alys and Rosemary were stunning. “Our family loved our stay at this beautiful cottage and didn't want to leave. We spent every morning enjoying coffee in the screen porch. The community pool was a short walk and the pool was heated which made it much more enjoyable. We enjoyed exploring the neighboring communities on the bikes that are included with this rental. They also had a great selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys and carts to get all the gear to the beach which was very convenient. The beach was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) and easy to access. The host is great and very responsive to any questions we had. She provides a digital guidebook with all the information you might need, and the welcome email included all the important info as well. We had an outstanding experience all around with this rental.”

“Jeramy’s place was perfect! We have stayed in various homes on 30A and this was by far our favorite. Just steps from the pristine beach and heated pool. A short bike ride to Alys and Rosemary for amazing dining options. The home was spacious, immaculate, and had all the necessary kitchen items to cook a delicious home cooked meal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful even during spring break. I would highly recommend Jeramy’s place to our friends and family. We hope to visit again soon!”

“I honestly believe this may be one of my all time favorite places I have vacationed in while visiting the beach. It feels so inviting and well cared for and the owner has given careful attention to every detail. The bicycles that were provided gave us a world of entertainment. I am going to think of the soonest I can return and next time I am going to treat myself to a full week. I may even invite a couple of our grandchildren to join us. It is family friendly and every room has a TV if that is important to you. The back screened porch has a TV as well and offers a lot of seating and even a foosball table. Perfect porch to settle in with your favorite book as well. It is a quiet setting but that can be easily remedied if you want to have fun at the pool that is right there in the neighborhood or jump on the walking path at the front of the property and head to Alys Beach or Rosemary. Just can't say enough nice things about 29 Olivia Lane. I'll be back!!!!”

“1000% recommend! This was our 4th stay & by far our favorite cottage we've stayed at! Beautifully renovated!! The owners clearly researched what people look for when away from home. Beautiful kitchen (countertop is huge!) beautiful bathrooms, peaceful porch (but can also watch TV), very comfortable beds (so important!), easy walk to the PRIVATE beach (love a private beach!), easy walk to warm pool, bikes (saved us money & rode them everywhere!), beach cart (so helpful)...lacked nothing! Loved the one-level (didn't have to worry about the kids falling down steps & was great for my parents). I appreciated the organic soap, clean sugar, etc. as our family is very conscious of what we put in & on our bodies. We also had to unexpectedly extend our stay 1 night due to severe weather along our route home & the owners were so helpful & understanding. This is for sure the cottage we'll always try to book in the future! My son asked if this was my dream home :) Love this area! Wonderful trip!”

“ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! We were thrilled to find such a well-appointed, beautifully decorated and conveniently-located home in Seagrove. It truly is just steps to the beach (and the pool!) which was our initial draw to this particular rental. I loved being able to go back and forth between the house, beach and pool with such ease. We had five teenage girls with us and it was perfect for them to stay on the lower level while we could enjoy the privacy of one of the primary suites on the top floor. Everyone LOVED the boutique decor and lovely finishes in the baths and kitchen. Jeramy has been more than helpful in preparing us for our stay, responding to questions while we were there, and even recovering an item we left behind. We were well-taken care of prior, during and after our stay. Highly recommend!”

“One of the best experiences we’ve had with Airbnb. From the first moment of communication, we found Jeramy to be quick, thorough, and friendly - never waiting more than minutes to hear back from him. The information found on his page with extra helpful info given before our check in left us needing nothing. Before we arrived we knew the WiFi password, lock passcodes for bikes, beach access gate, shed, etc. When we arrived, we found his home to be clean and welcoming. The location was only a five minute walk to the beach and five minute drive to either Rosemary/Seacrest for dining/shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We especially appreciated the bikes and shed with beach chairs! It’s obvious Jeramy has put thoughtful consideration/intention into this home. Even to the smallest detail, everything was appointed perfectly. The master bedroom bed, though… so comfy! We are building our own Airbnb in the Georgia mountains, and this will be my example! The space was great for a large group and we loved the open floorpan on the main floor along with opening the doors to the front and back decks to enjoy the outdoors. We were so grateful for all of the things provided by the owners like beach towels & chairs, bikes, wagon and sand toys. The house is so close to the pool, the beach and shops, but also feels private and off the beaten path which we really enjoyed. Check in and check out process was seamless and owner was always so quick to respond, kind and thoughtful in every way! Highly recommend!”

“This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs, in a peaceful area that was also super close to the beach, and a short ride to the Chill. An animal got into the trash our first night there, and when we told Jeramy, they sent someone out to get the trash immediately and gave us a very generous gift card to the pizza restaurant and bar right at the opening of the neighborhood. The kids loved the bunk room and the foosball table, and we all loved the screened in back porch. The shed had everything we could possibly want for the beach, and the beach is a super short walk. Highly recommend Jeramy and this house!”

“Such a great rental home. The place is beautiful and the house is very thoughtfully stocked for visitors. Everything is just like the photos - beautiful! Favorite things: the private beach access if you are willing/able to rent umbrella/chairs (game changer at the beach with little kids!); the screened in back patio and the foliage surrounding it; the proximity to the beach (like a three minute walk to the private access point!); and the proximity to so many great restaurants in the neighboring beach towns. The shed with beach supplies is also so helpful when traveling from out of town - such a bonus! We truly loved our stay and are already talking about coming back. This rental home would be my first choice in 30A for sure!”
